Founder Olivia wanted to design an easy way for families to ask for support (whilst still being able to maintain boundaries) when in the midst of pregnancy, postpartum, or when healing from injury, illness and loss.

Nourishin offers resources, recipes and a beautiful, easy to use meal meal train app for Aussie families to organise, provide and receive home cooked meals from friends and family.
